Cut the mushrooms into pieces

Flavour the meat with salt and roast gently with olive oil

Peal and cut the onion into small pieces and roast gently

Put mushrooms and a heaped tablespoonful of herbs into the pan

Roast gently for 2 minutes

Add one deciliter of water with some bouillon

Boil noodles in the water

Cream for sauces

Add the cream

Boil 1 more minute and stir, add some cornstarch if sauce is not firm enough
